DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Shipping options with live shipping rates will be calculated and presented for selection during checkout. 

Please note: Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

 

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTY, VAT, OR OTHER TAXES?

Yes. Depending on your location you may be charged applicable taxes that you will be required to pay upon delivery. Please ensure you ask the relevant local authorities whether these taxes will apply to your order. XVIDA cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We have warehouses in Los Angeles, CA (U.S.A.), Toronto (Canada) and Ljubljana (Slovenia). Depending on your location, your order will be allocated to the closest fulfillment warehouse. 

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

This depends on your location: we ship with USPS in the US, Canadian Post in Canada and Slovenian Post in EU and all other locations. Expedited shipping such as FedEx Express, DHL and others, is offered at an additional fee and is selectable during checkout. Please note, tracking is generally NOT available on orders shipped via our standard shipping option.

 

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL THE PRODUCT SHIP?

Orders are processed and ready to ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

If you purchased a product directly from the XVIDA.com and are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service at info@xvida.comNOTE: Please make sure to have your order number and or receipt of purchase available. Buyers will also have to pay return shipping.
